According to the notice from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on organizing the 2024 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition (Human Resources and Social Security Department Letter [2024] No. 41), the China Foundry Association and the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center will jointly hold the 2024 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition - the 6th National Foundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition (2024 "Shengquan Cup" 9th National Foundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition).
The 2024 9th "Shengquan Cup" National Foundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition is jointly hosted by the China Foundry Association and the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, with the People's Government of Yutian County, Tangshan Federation of Trade Unions, Tangshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Vocational Education Department of the China Foundry Association as the organizers. Jinan Shengquan Group Co., Ltd. is the naming unit for this competition, while Hebei Jianzhizhu Foundry Group Co., Ltd., Disand (Changzhou) Machinery Co., Ltd., Tianyang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Huaxin Electric Furnace Co., Ltd., Yuzhou Henglilai New Materials Co., Ltd., Tangshan Zhongda Machinery Roller Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Helit Machinery Co., Ltd., Guangdong Hongtu Technology Co., Ltd., and Yutian County Vocational and Technical Education Center are the supporting units for this competition. Hebei Jianzhizhu Foundry Group Co., Ltd., China Aviation Development Beijing Aeronautical Materials Research Institute, Jinyu Hot Processing Tangshan Co., Ltd., and Zhuhai Runxing Tai Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. are the event guarantee units.
The opening ceremony of the finals of the 2024 9th "Shengquan Cup" National Foundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition is scheduled for 2024the morning of November 25inYutian County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. The competition organizing committee will invite leaders from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and the China Machinery Industry Federation to attend the opening ceremony of the finals. A total of 20 provincial and municipal foundry associations will send representative teams to participate in this competition. The finals will last for 3 days, and the closing ceremony will be held onthe afternoon of November 27in Yutian County.
This competition's finals will have three competition categories: casting modeling (core) worker, melting and pouring worker, and die-casting mold worker, among which the casting modeling (core) worker is divided into three events: lost foam casting, clay sand vertical line modeling, and resin sand modeling. According to the organizing committee's arrangements, the die-casting mold worker finals will be held in Zhuhai, Guangdong, the lost foam casting modeling worker finals will be held in Beijing, and other events will be held in Tangshan, Hebei.
